[ejabberd] admin address?

I believe this can be achieved using ACLs, e.g. I have the following in my

{acl, admin, {user, "jtait"}}.
% Only admins can send announcement messages:
{access, announce, [{allow, admin}]}.
  {mod_announce,   [{access, announce}]},
