Oh sorry. Goto http://www.personal.psu.edu/jsiegle/ejabberd/

I just d'nloaded expat-1.95.8 and build it and put the libexpat files 
from it in that directory. I'm not sure if that is the only 
dependencies. If you see more let me know. I'll look more tomorrow.
