[ejabberd] hardcoding IP-to-host mappings for s2s

Over at jabber.org, we want to hardcode an IP address for a certain host
for s2s testing. If I add this to /etc/hosts will ejabberd pay attention
or is there something I need to do in ejabberd.cfg to enable this?
