[ejabberd] MySQL connection failed: connect_failed

Hi @ll

i install ejabberd on my new server,
i need the same config file which is on the old server,
when i try to start become this error:

dbusername and dbpassword is ok when i try login from bash or phpmyadmin then its ok.


ejabberd.cfg

on the old server i have mysqlversion:Server Version: 4.0.21-Max

the new server is running with 4.1.13 version.

i check the mysql user table, on the old mysql server passwords are 16 chars lenght
on the new server 41 chars

what do you mean is this the problem?
