Yes i've done this!
And also i've replicated all the tables like this

mnesia:add_table_copy(table, node(), disc_only_copies).

but i have some question:

1- the master node is configured as i want, if i replicate the config
and local_config table, will i have the same ejabberd.cfg in the slave
node? do i have to configure ejabberd.cfg in the slave node?

2- do i have to start the slave node with extra_db_nodes parameter
always? or is just once?

3- the replication of tables between nodes occurs in real time?

4- Can in cluster with multiple vhosts? does this work with external
authentication script?

I've copied today the ejabberd.cfg from master to slave to start the
slave node, i can see both nodes up in the administration website but i
get authentication problems using the slave host (vhosts using ext auth)
  and for other hosts i can login but i can't see the roster.

As you can see i have some doubts about ejabberd cluster and poor
information :)

Thanks in advance
M
