Does ejabberd really need so much space?

Anyway, i found out that i didn't search the right way for zombie
processes, but using ''ps -u ejabberd'' i received:

phobos:~# ps -u ejabberd
  PID TTY          TIME CMD
 4092 ?        00:00:00 epmd
 4109 pts/1    00:00:04 beam
 4115 ?        00:00:00 ssl_esock
 4116 ?        00:00:00 inet_gethost
 4123 ?        00:00:00 inet_gethost
 4124 ?        00:00:00 inet_gethost

I killed the zombies and was able to start the ejabberd service again.
So everyone is happy again. But the strange error message about the
space is worring me a little bit...
