[ejabberd] example of xml message for xml-rpc module

regarding this topic, i got bad request using php xmlrcp, is this schema
correct?:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
<methodCall>
<methodName>echothis</methodName>
<params>
 <param>
  <value>
   <string>test_string</string>
  </value>
 </param>
</params>
</methodCall>
