[ejabberd] PubSub node names and ejabberd

	ejabberd enforces this hierarchy in nodetree_default and  
node_default. You can override this behavior quite easily by using  
your own nodetree (if you want to create nodes named anything  
anywhere) and node (if you want to put them anywhere as long as they  
have a parent).
