[ejabberd] mod_rest and pubsub

Hi,

Just to let everyone know (possibly for future reference).

If I configure the node as follows, I no longer see the issues:
<field var='pubsub#persist_items'><value>0</value></field>
<field var='pubsub#send_last_published_item'><value>never</value></field>

I suppose the lesson to take from this is that I should read the xep spec :)
