[ejabberd] SOLVED - pubsub stopped working mysteriously, cannot rectify (503 error)

Problem turned out to be the removal of "default" plugin (at 2.1?)
Changing config to use just "hometree" plugin fixed the issue.

{mod_pubsub, [ ..., {plugins, ["hometree"]} ]}
