[ejabberd] Cannot see other users when connecting to ejabberd server

Well that's ok then, a little warning though, I did notice a comment
stating that shared roster groups aren't designed for over 100 users,
so do take care.
That said we did use one on the Buddycloud setup so a single user had
everyone in it's roster and that was several thousand users.
