[ejabberd] Custom Erlang authentication module

Hi William,

Yes, you should be able to use the naming convention ejabberd_auth_x for
auth modules. Make sure you restarted ejabberd. Try to put debug statements
into check_password() method to see if it gets called. if doesn't help, show
your ejabberd.cfg file here.
