[ejabberd] How to config ejabberd so that it can serve JID like user at 192.168.0.101

Does ejabberd machine have 192.168.0.101 as a network interface?
yes
  How do you register users: using in-band registration or ejabberdctl script? 
use ejabberdctl script
If the former, make sure in-band registration is enabled in the config (mod_register).
 in-band registration is enabled
