[ejabberd] Creating users and roster items via a web app

There are few. One of them is to use a XMPP JS client. Another to use
ejabberdctl. The last I've been using is to use direct module:function, but
that is if you use Yaws. There may be some other solutions (like PHP +
exmpp or others), but this is what came to my mind now.
