Thanks for the reply. The scenario I am experiencing is number 2 and I 
am not quite sure what stackoverflow reply you are referring to? 
Interestingly I don't seem to be experiencing this issue with Trillian 
in contrast to PSI. This might be a client bug possibly but I would I 
like to look further into the DNS suggestion as I am pretty sure our DNS 
is properly configured.
