[ejabberd] Ejabberd (server-side) setup for "Hello World" program

In ejabberd.cfg file

go to In-band registration and add
{access, register, [{allow,all}]}.

in {mod_register,

add
{ip_access, [{allow,"0.0.0.0/0"}]},
   {access_from, all},
       {access, register}
]},

hope it will solve your problem
