I don't have an access section at all, I wasn't sure if it was required. 
  Every client system in our network is going to connect to the ejabberd 
server, and only our internal systems.  Is there a way to allow all c2s 
clients?

The config I posted was my complete config.   I'm new to ejabberd so 
maybe I'm missing sometghing/sections.

Enlightenment would be great..
